I can only see all episodes of the current season in Apple Podcasts. All other seasons only contain trailers. :(
This was such a good podcast for the first 3 seasons and I binged them all. Too bad it ended and the following seasons are just promotions of other shows.
This show was great when they actually reported on something but now it’s a book being read. Not the same thing.
I'm really enjoying the studio books, but you reposted the same episodes on Feb. 27 that were posted on Feb 25
The narrator is excruciatingly bad.

The show blends true-crime storytelling with serialized, fiction-forward narration, often layering investigations, courtroom-style twists, and meta-commentary on writing and publishing. Recent episodes center on high-stakes mysteries set against glamorous travel contexts, with a recurring motif of authors, editors, and publishing figures intersecting real danger with storytelling. A standout is the seamless fuse of travel-driven suspense, character-driven twists, and discussions about structure and narrative voice, which may appeal to listeners who enjoy both true crime and fiction that mirrors real-world investigative tension.
