  • This fantastic, dynamic duo crushes!

This is a fabulous, thoughtful podcast about debunking diet and toxic wellness culture myths and promoting body neutrality and try wellbeing. I enjoy all of your conversations so much. I don’t think your podcast needs to be more edited whatsoever. It is super well done while also having a real feel. Thank yo for spreading awareness, love, and your fantastic sense of humor. Love you both SO much!

  • Language not Supportive of WOMEN

These hosts use language such as “a person who experiences a cycle”. This is so tiring and as a woman I won’t tolerate it. No one gets to take away the experiences that only happen to ONLY WOMEN. Cut the woke jargon.

  • Laura & Carolyn are great!

Love the pod! (But you know you gotta edit the eps. The last one had a lot of gnarly sounds I hate to say! Also think the eps would improve if you cut out accidental cross talk and mics cutting out etc!! I say this because I love! 5 stars! This pod should be a mega success! Ilu both!)

  • Listened to an episode and was dissappointed

I appreciate the premise of this podcast. I appreciate advocating for women. This is especially true in identifying ways in which the fitness industry contributes to feeling pressure to be skinny or appear a certain way. I listened to an episode about Tracy Anderson. I am a two year subscriber to the TAM. I will admit that I have had some of the same questions brought up in this podcast. i.e. her “research”. I ca not find where she has published any research. She is a wealthy lady and i... more
