This is a fabulous, thoughtful podcast about debunking diet and toxic wellness culture myths and promoting body neutrality and try wellbeing. I enjoy all of your conversations so much. I don’t think your podcast needs to be more edited whatsoever. It is super well done while also having a real feel. Thank yo for spreading awareness, love, and your fantastic sense of humor. Love you both SO much!

Love the pod! (But you know you gotta edit the eps. The last one had a lot of gnarly sounds I hate to say! Also think the eps would improve if you cut out accidental cross talk and mics cutting out etc!! I say this because I love! 5 stars! This pod should be a mega success! Ilu both!)

She is a wealthy lady and i... more
