This is especially true in identifying ways in which the fitness industry contributes to feeling pressure to be skinny or appear a certain way. I listened to an episode about Tracy Anderson. Laura and Carolyn have helped me think much more positively about my body and fitness habits. They keep it light and funny on the pod while still doing thorough research and providing a lot of insight into the fitness industry. They also do a good job about thinking about their own privilege and experiences outside of their own when it comes to body image, fitness, and accessibility. As a fellow Pilates instructor I love this pod 🙌🏼
