I was recommended this podcast back in 2022 and it became an instant favourite. Kayla covers such an interesting range of topics, there’s always something to learn. I love the science highlights at the start of each episode and hearing about conservation detection dogs of all shapes and sizes and all over the world

I adore training my dog and I’m an environmental scientist, so listening to this podcast combines my love of those two things, along with education! I find myself nodding along and basically talking to Kayla and her guests each episode on my commutes (though I know they can’t hear me). I’ve taken a deep dive since discovering this podcast and can confirm that all the episodes are i... more
I’m not sure how I stumbled across this podcast but I’m so glad I did! I’m a dog trainer with a great interest in nose work. This podcast has covered such a wonderful variety of topics in a welcoming, accessible way. I spend a lot of time driving and this has helped pass the time and given me so many awesome rabbit holes to deep dive down!
Love the range of topics covered on the podcast, am always learning something new
I’ve been listening to this Podcast for a couple years now and it’s never not amazing! Kayla consistently puts out really interesting and informative episodes. It’s kind of absurd how much I’ve been able to learn about dog training and conservation through just one podcast. If you’re into dogs and conservation this podcast is definitely for you!
