  • Great pod..loosen up

Absolutely love this pod have probably listened to almost every single one aside from like the 4-5 post Super Bowl. Incredibly informed, great takes, funny, great connections..everything you want. Only issue is sometimes it feels like they podcast in a certain tone as to avoid getting made fun of by fellow media v podcasting for fans as far as not getting too high on wins or discussing players..very non homer pod..and that's to their credit but also would like maybe 15% more homer..it's ok to be... more

  • Uniforms and advertising

There is so much advertising time versus how much time they spend talking about the team. And then they spend a ridiculous about of time talking about uniforms. How many times can Chris bring up red socks? I came back to this podcast going it improved. I was sadly disappointed

49ers NFL draft targets we don't hear enough about with Luke Easterling
Q: If the 49ers wait until the second round to address edge rushing or other positions, who are some players you think could still contribute early?
Luke notes that options like Cassius Howell and other edge prospects could emerge in the second round depending on how the run goes, emphasizing the balance between floor and ceiling and the team's current needs.

Q: First question out of the gate, this is great because your big board just went up at athlonsports.com. What's your read on the 49ers trading back and still getting a valuable pick?
Luke suggests that teams should chase better value and maintain the chance to land a high-impact player, often preferring to trade back to pick up extra picks while still addressing key needs with the right players.
Danny Kelly from the Ringer talks 49ers 2026 NFL draft targets
Q: Where are you at on Akim Mezador as a potential 27 pick?
Mezador is explosive and disruptive, with a high motor and edge-rushing ability; the main caveats are his age (25) and questions about durability and long-term fit, but at 27 he's a strong day-one starter candidate who can rush the passer and win with power.
Drafting NFL draft strategies!
Q: Should the 49ers consider trading up in the draft?
Yes, especially if there's a star player available within reach.
Drafting NFL draft strategies!
Q: What do you think they should draft this year?
