  • Great pod..loosen up

Absolutely love this pod have probably listened to almost every single one aside from like the 4-5 post Super Bowl. Incredibly informed, great takes, funny, great connections..everything you want. Only issue is sometimes it feels like they podcast in a certain tone as to avoid getting made fun of by fellow media v podcasting for fans as far as not getting too high on wins or discussing players..very non homer pod..and that's to their credit but also would like maybe 15% more homer..it's ok to be... more

  • Uniforms and advertising

There is so much advertising time versus how much time they spend talking about the team. And then they spend a ridiculous about of time talking about uniforms. How many times can Chris bring up red socks? I came back to this podcast going it improved. I was sadly disappointed

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Can the 49ers pull off an upset in Philadelphia?
Q: Do the 49ers have a better quarterback in this game?
I want to say yes, but then I've watched Jalen Hurts be the best player on the field in two Super Bowls.
Are the Bears for real?
Q: If Monday's game goes the way Monday's game did in Indianapolis, will that make you feel differently about the 49ers?
No, because I think that's kind of the team they are and if you want to win the one seed in your conference, you handle business against teams like the Bears and the Colts.
Bryce Huff added, Pearsall injured, Trent Williams unhappy?
Q: What do you think about Trent Williams' absence from voluntary workouts?
It's likely related to his veteran status and not a contractual issue; he's prioritized resting and preparing for the season.
Bryce Huff added, Pearsall injured, Trent Williams unhappy?
Q: What are your thoughts on Ricky Pearsall's injury and its implications?
The injury is worrying as it could prevent him from developing chemistry with the quarterback, impacting his performance in the upcoming season.
Bryce Huff added, Pearsall injured, Trent Williams unhappy?
Q: What are your initial thoughts on the Bryce Huff trade?
The move makes sense; it brings a proven edge rusher to the team and improves the defensive end position without breaking the bank.
