  • Building a body positive world!

So much research and thoughtful analysis here in Laura’s work. The ‘shadow of clean eating’ piece got my attention and I realised it was talking about me!!! Now I’m learning and repairing and replacing the beliefs from toxic wellness/diet culture with solid research based things which feel much less judgey and much fairer and easier. So grateful to Laura doing all this work and putting it together.
