    I’ve only been listening for a few months but’s it’s hard to believe their is an actual podcast that speaks so specifically to the journey many of us are on even in the dreaming phase. This is very well done with authentic conversations and a great canvassing with awesome guests and stories. Very insightful and inspiring content!

    Janice is such an invested and outstanding property manager/host! She does a great job of curating an interesting selection of other property owners to learn from! Always love listening to the many diverse paths, experiences and ways of doing from all kinds of home owners. There’s information from builders, flippers, interior designers etc. If you’re in the short term rental world you will definitely find it an interesting listen!
