「学問と勉強の違い」 「何の為に学問をするのか？」 の本質が分かります。
学問するということは、単なる知識や技術を習得することではない。
物事に対して正しい価値判断ができる見識を養い、それを実践することである。

人の批判をしている割には、自分が相手から批判されるとキレる人がいる。
特に、経営者や組織のリーダーは、側近や部下から意見や直言、批判される場面は少ないが、人の意見や考えを受け入れることができる人間になって、はじめて人を批判できる。そういう人からの批判なら誰もが受け入れるはずだ。
人の考えや意見を聞かない人に、人を批判する資格はない。そういう人からの批判は、誰も聞かないだろう。
経営者や組織のリーダーは肝に銘じるべきである。

物事はなんでもやり過ぎたものは、表面上は盛大に見えるけれども、とくに評価するほどのものでもない。
「目標に到達しない」のと同じようなものである。
よく遣り手だと言われて鼻高々の人がいるが、遣りすぎると必ずその陰に、無理があったり、人を傷つけたり、
隙が出来て、破綻の原因となる。
やり足りない（到達不足）のも困ったものだが、やり過ぎるのも、それと評価は同じ程度である。
何事も中庸、バランスのとれているのがいいのである。
