Started listening during my second maternity leave, as I started freelance work with the hope to do it full time in future. The podcast is so inspiring to help me keep working towards that goal. Also very educational hearing about the challenges female founders encountered, and how they balance work with parenting.
When I found this podcast I was going to start at the beginning but when I saw 51 episodes I thought I'd start most recently which was with Mickaela Jones of Pleasure Gap and what a place to start!
I was so impressed with the way Caroline and Mikaela spoke about a subject that some people still (🙄) struggle to discuss. Caroline listened really actively and had such an interesting and honest conversation which I have since shared with all my friends!

I’ve really enjoyed listening to Caroline interview inspirational founders, entrepreneurs and business owners. Starting out in business can be daunting, and listening has helped me feel ‘part of the club’, whilst helping me practically and keeping up my motivation. Keep up the good work Caroline 👏
Great to hear Caroline in her element and talking so passionately about what she loves with other professionals in her field.
Although I don’t have my own business, and probably unlikely to in the near future, I can still relate to the maternal load/ parent juggle to get that work life balance just right. Looking forward to listening to more episodes!
