Could Ohio State set the record with 15 draft picks next year? We think there is a very good chance as we are setting the fake odds at our fake sportsbook at 14.5 players from OSU drafted in 2025. Also, the transfer portal closes after tomorrow and s... more
What effect will Chip Kelly have on Ohio State’s offense? Jonah Booker and Dave Biddle do a deep dive on that on the Friday 5ish. Also on the docket is talk about OSU’s offensive line, expectations for Jeremiah Smith and thoughts on the NFL Draft. more

First, the ads are terrible. I don’t need to listen to Dan Rubin talking about shaving my balls or “firmness” benefits of some garbage supplement. If Joy Mode is peer reviewed we should also conduct a peer reviewed study to determine whether listening to Dave Biddle makes you dumber. That and the analysis is no different than listening to a drunk fan rant at a bar. Reactionary, fair weather, dumb, incoherent. Exceptions are Porter, Kuerlic, Murphy, and of course Jbook.
At best it is the 3rd best Ohio State podcast. Don’t waste your time.
I used to love BM5 but stopped listening because of the hyper-sexualized ads. I don’t need to listen to Dan Rubin talking about the benefits of shaving my balls or “firmness” benefits of some garbage supplement. I also cancelled my subscription to 247. Pure trash.
I love the morning 5, great insights but most importantly no longer that 30 minutes. Other Buckeye podcasts, blah, blah, blah for an hour or more!! If you can’t say it in 30 minutes or less, the rest is ego.
Porter has to 2 vices- blaming NIL for everything wrong in college footbal and OSU. The biggest, wealthiest and most powerful team in college footbal should have zero problems with NIL if the fan base didn’t make it political. Since Ohio has lost it’s once beautiful diversity and become so Red like their brethren in the South, but they practice 2 different beliefs… Gambling - Yes (Thank God); Weed - Yes (Thank God); but NIL - No/Never. The South, NIL - Yes (How much and when); Gambling & Weed - ... more
