德福&汤圆《不太保险》是一档由两位保险行业从业者共同主理的保险科普类播客。 两位主理人是曾经的邻居和同事，友邦代理人德福曾是一个资深程序员，明亚经纪人汤圆从海外留学归来，有多年风控工作经验。 他们开设这个播客的东西初衷是发现这个行业有很多有趣的从业者，曾经或者当下都有着非常有趣的经历，这些鲜活的保险人和真实的当代保险业应该被更多人看到。 「不太」像其他保险自媒体以产品测评介绍为主，这档播客内容主要是通过与各行各业有趣的人对谈“人生的风险”，除了让听众了解更多的保险专业知识以外，也希望能够以保险从业者的视角来讨论生活态度和生老病死。 目前在每周一早上7点更新。
