One of the most frustrating conversations we keep having to have in the modern witchcraft movement is about cultural appropriation. And while we’ve repeatedly touched on this before, I’ve never focused an episode purely on the topic. So let’s do that... more
A question that is significantly harder to answer than most people think is “What is Witchcraft?” This month I’m going to try to answer that, and if I fail you’ll be at least as confused as I am by the end. And hey, isn’t nice to do something togethe... more
Combating misinformation has always been one of the primary missions of this show, and honestly? It just gets exhausting sometimes. Why are people in this community so willing to uncritically pass on bad information? Why can’t people be bothered to d... more

Lather rinse repeate, repeate, repeate, repeate . The podcast starts off wanting to go somewhere. Unfortunately the Podcaster has other plans. They find a way to repeate the same point so many times it's like listening to a record skipping. Don't get me wrong there are some good episodes in there. This is hit or miss episodes on this podcast and that’s ok and I admit I was bit to harsh I only listened to one episode that’s on me for jumping onto conclusions on this podcast. For this podcast and taking more time to listen episodes I actually agree with things with the host on somethings and there is definitely stuff I disagree still that’s ok and he does has some good nuggets of information and episodes even opened my mind and aha moments too. Moments of course I’m feeling like yeah I disa... more
I was born in a farming community so I follow the four season natural cycle. It’s one of the reasons I was drawn to this faith. Nature as a word means plants and animals outside of humanity. So even crops are nature. Plus, I respect deer. Bears aren’t in a lot of places. When I lived in a place without four seasons, we did a Mediterranean cycle. Love the oxymoronic title. It made me happy.
Trae is a kindred spirit to all veteran witches & a touchstone for all newbs. This podcast should help folks discern where personal craft boundaries should lie, not where lies should dwell. There should be no spiritual practice higher than truth.
