Ein „best of“ von Nadines Meditationen. Passen in jeden Alltag und passen irgendwie immer zu meinen Themen. Mach ich ne Detox-Woche, veröffentlicht Nadine die Detox-Medi, bin ich „stuck in home office“, kommt die Schüttelmeditation etc. Super!!! Viiiielen Dank!!!!!

Ich liebe das pure Konzept des Podcasts. Keine langen Reden vorher und nachher. Einfach nur pure Energie und Liebe. Genau das was ich gesucht habe. Man spürt die Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail, aber auch die Weisheit und Erfahrung von Nadine in jedem Wort und mit jedem Atemzug.
