    LOVE LOVE LOVE this podcast!

It’s so nice to hear Taylor’s story and how she has overcome her terrible anxiety and panic attacks, which makes her so relatable to someone struggling with anxiety and is so comforting that there can be a light at the end of the anxiety tunnel.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and has so many great tips on where anxiety is coming from and how to improve it (my fave episode so far is definitely the burnout epi).

Thank you so much Taylor for sharing your knowledge... more
