  • So helpful!

I am so grateful for finding this podcast. Melissa and Delina offer such great advice and their episodes are easy to listen to. I feel like they gave me a compass after years of being lost and struggling because I was following the wrong maps.

  • Intuitive eating for your soul

Melissa has a way of teaching important, profound truths without making them too heavy or hard to understand. She is not just extremely knowledgeable in her subject, but she has a gift for teaching and inspiring. I discovered Melissa when she was a guest on another podcast, not related to diet, and I was immediately intrigued by her style of speaking and down to earth approach. Now I’m hooked! I’m still early on in my intuitive eating journey but I’m loving the positive guidance and inspiration ... more

  • So encouraging and informative!!

I finally figured out how to write a review lolol and so here I am!! I did a group coaching program with Melissa this spring and it was life-changing. I’m still working on so many of the things we worked through as a group, so this podcast (which was super helpful before too) is super helpful to remind me of what I’ve learned and help make firmer my understanding of true health and my goals. Thank you Melissa and Dalina!! more

  • Excited for the rest of the season!

Thanks for talking about diet culture rules…there’s so many that are so engrained!!! I really appareciate Dalina’s constant acknowledgment that we are not all white and that even as Latinos, each country is so different. People have asked me how to make “the best/most authentic tortilla”, but we don’t eat tortillas in Chile! Melissa, i really love how you remind us to stop and think, so that we can do the work. I feel like a big part of getting past the obstacles to start intuitive eating, is ex... more
