I am so grateful for finding this podcast. Melissa and Delina offer such great advice and their episodes are easy to listen to. I feel like they gave me a compass after years of being lost and struggling because I was following the wrong maps.
Melissa has a way of teaching important, profound truths without making them too heavy or hard to understand. She is not just extremely knowledgeable in her subject, but she has a gift for teaching and inspiring. I discovered Melissa when she was a guest on another podcast, not related to diet, and I was immediately intrigued by her style of speaking and down to earth approach. Now I’m hooked! I’m still early on in my intuitive eating journey but I’m loving the positive guidance and inspiration ... more
I love this podcast! The hosts bring so much depth to the topic of intuitive eating, but they still manage to make their episodes light and entertaining. I’m hooked!

Thank you Melissa and Dalina!!

People have asked me how to make “the best/most authentic tortilla”, but we don’t eat tortillas in Chile! Melissa, i really love how you remind us to stop and think, so that we can do the work. I feel like a big part of getting past the obstacles to start intuitive eating, is ex... more
