I finally found a podcast I enjoy. Honestly, I find most podcasts on depression a little cringy and sound very rehersed/unnatural. I love the sense of humor and intelligent and honest conversations in this. This is subjective for many people, but I find Anthony's voice very soothing and that's always a plus.
