On The Board Game Business Podcast, we discuss the business side of the tabletop gaming industry. We don't review games or tell you which ones we like, but instead focus on how to price, distribute, design, develop, and market your game. Richard New hosts and sits alongside Jeremy Commandeur, a game designer, and Brian Henk, a game designer and publisher with Overworld Games.

We need more episodes guys
Come on!
I’ve been listening to various podcasts about game design for years before I found this podcast. After only two episodes I feel like I’ve learned more from this than I have across all the other shows. The advice is so practical, well worth subscribing!
This should be required listening for anyone in the industry or considering entering the industry! The topics are extremely helpful for anyone designing or publishing a board game. Hard to find this good of information in audio format. An easy 5 star rating.
I love the show! These will definitely help save me from making some mistakes. I’d love to hear more about copyrights and trademarks. When should A designer get this done and how much does it cost for each country you plan to sell your game in?
I’m currently working on my first game and this podcast is super helpful for me. I’ve listened to more than 50 episodes so far and you guys are covering so many important topics. Thank you!
