我認為疫苗要看個人體質 我個人第一季打AZ後有嚴重的副作用伴隨著失眠(我以前不會)
之後我勤運動 多喝水 早上喝高山茶 還有正練呼吸後 再我的上班地是高感染風險區 但我只打一劑都比打三劑強 同事有7_8成染疫我目前還未確診 謝謝阿利博士提供的資訊
