Love the pod, but can we keep it to the football? 5-6 mins at the start of each episode of random filler chat about Mr. Kipling, Japan and Nord VPN constantly prompted down our throats. I love what you chaps produce, but keep it relevant!
Richard Garnet is very difficult to listen to. It’s not a comedy podcast
Blood Red is one the best LFC podcasts in the world. The journalists that present & contribute to the show are very knowledgeable, experienced, informative, entertaining & provide a local perspective from the Liverpool area. I hear that their jobs & the podcast could be at risk with the upcoming re-organisation at the ECHO / Reach. Please keep these guys on & continue with the podcast! They provide real value to thousands of LFC fans around the world & I’d be gutted if it came to an end. Thanks ... more
This is certainly one of the best LFC podcasts available.
Excellent LFC discussion between journalists that know the club, the players and the fans really well.
This has to be in the first team of your podcast squad!
Keep up the great work lads and ladies!
I’m afraid all too often the sound quality it poor. Far too quiet, and some recent recordings you couldn’t hear Theo for most of it. Joe Rimmer is decent but his voice doesn’t exactly carry, so having the sound quality right is vital, or it’s just quiet even on full volume.
Mostly a decent podcast, but Ian Doyle is painful to listen to. Interrupts all the time too.

A lively Liverpool FC-focused show featuring two to three regular hosts delivering on-pitch analysis, transfer chatter, and on-the-ground tour reports from the US and Europe. Episodes center on squad depth, tactical shifts under new management, contract news, and potential signings, often weaving in travel anecdotes, sponsor reads, and audience questions. A standout pattern is the blend of immediate, in-the-m moment discussions with longer-term strategic context about the club's direction, leadership, and market activity, making it valuable for fans who want both bedside-bench banter and football Industry-level insight. Noteworthy is the frequent on-location reporting, multiple hosts contributing diverse perspectives, and a steady stream of... more
