Ik heb het geprobeerd, echt. Maar de podcast van Leo Blokhuis is voor mij geen succes. Zijn manier van vertellen is eentonig, weinig bevlogen en bovenal saai. Waar is de passie voor muziek gebleven?
Zijn muzikale voorkeur is bovendien overduidelijk: de jaren ’60 en ’70. Eindeloos wordt er teruggegrepen op artiesten die heel lang geleden heel even relevant waren. Als “Leo spreekt” hang ik aan zijn lippen. Zoveel soms onverwachte weetjes over artiesten of liederen kortom ik ben fan. Of het nu in de podcast is of bij de Top 2000 A gogo, altijd interessant. Long mayyou run zong Neil Young en zo is het.
