What a great interview with a lovely woman. Candid, moving and fun. Sean has a great way of making you feel part of the conversation. I’m new to him as an interviewer and only familiar with Laura on local tv . It’s amazing what stories people have to tell and an insight into an interesting and inspiring person.
Great interviews, Sean really connects with who he’s interviewing and his warmth of character shines through.
Huge fan of the podcast!
Great podcast. Wide variety of guests and subject matter, doesn't ever come across as anything other than natural conversation but at the same time never descends into the tour of shambles that many unscripted conversations can do. Very well put together and Sean always seems to know his stuff on the subject matter.
Sean is a great interviewer and covers a range of subjects, great stuff

Episodes frequently center on social issues, Green politics, arts and culture, resilience, and personal journeys, often weaving in local context from Scotland and broader UK perspectives. Notable strengths include a steady, down-to-earth host who connects with diverse guests, a balance of light banter and serious discussion, and a knack for spotlighting underrepresented voices and real-world implications of policy, culture, and personal experience.
