  • Another great episode

Matt and Jahidi have built great chemistry together. This last ep they did of the regular season was a fantastic listen. The “buy/sell/hold” gimmick was a great way to evaluate each player on the roster and bring up great discussion. It’s great to hear both perspectives from Matt, the writer guy, and Jahidi, the former player. You guys check each other and balance out the discussion well. It’s never total agreement or a bloodbath of hot takes. 🫡

  • Best wizards pod in the game

Every time a new episode comes out it’s an instant listen. Matt and Jahadi are the consistent and find different angles to attack each podcast even during a point in the offseason where there shouldn’t be as much content as they are able to produce. Special guests keep the content fresh too. Love the work guys.

  • Favorite Wizards Podcast

This is my favorite Wizards podcast by far. First and foremost, I love the consistency. Obviously I know all podcast hosts have lives outside of a given show, but a lot of Wizards podcasts I’ve listened to throughout the years have no consistent schedule of episodes. An episode could drop one day, and next one might drop randomly three weeks later. Bleav in Wizards is very consistent, and during grad school in California it was something I looked forward to every week to make me feel connected t... more

These Young Wizards are really fun!
Q: What are the things you see that work around the league that you want the Wizards to try to do?
The Wizards can look to emulate aspects like strong defensive identity and ball movement that are evident in successful teams.
Washington Wizards Mailbag! Covering trade deadline, the rebuild, the draft and more!
Q: Is Kuzma part of the future or will he get moved?
I will keep him. I will get another killer and we have a duo and then I'll just build around those two.
Washington Wizards Mailbag! Covering trade deadline, the rebuild, the draft and more!
Q: Should the Wizards trade veterans by the deadline, even if the returns are low?
It's not that I'd be in a hurry to trade them, but I don't want to keep losing value in my topic.
Mount St. Mary's point guard Xavier Lipscomb
Q: Can you maybe just update listeners a little bit on what that road has been like to get to this point so they can appreciate you being at this point here?
It's for sure been a long journey. Health wise, I haven't had a consistent career of being healthy, but I have to shout out our trainer, Megan.
Mount St. Mary's point guard Xavier Lipscomb
Q: So is that just like a switch you're able to flip or how do you do that?
I just try to go out there and play with energy and effort.
