The year is 2003. I'm sat in a Pizza Hut and needing to hype myself to go another round at the buffet. The year is 2022. I'm sat recording a podcast berated at the idea of pizza hut buffets and needing a hype up. Time is a circle and the only way to ... more
They're back, y'all! After two months of recharging and taste-making the hosts make their first hero of the year. Naturally it's a hero of epic proportions used to express issues with real-life problems. The song remains the same for BBRP! Do YOU wan... more
Back at it again! It's been a hot minute, but before our hosts get back into the swing of creating characters from all but a name generator on the internet, it's time to look back at what they've created across the last year. What worked? (Everything... more

I'm not a comic or superhero fan but this podcast always makes me smile. The hosts are funny and very passionate about comics and manga. The random name generator idea throws up the most unlikely names to create heroes from, but the team always make something amusing and detailed.
As a huge superhero buff and a writer who loves creating characters, this podcast is a wonderful thing to listen to when I want to get my brain going for writing. I find all the hosts wonderful to listen to as they are so charming and funny without trying to. I have not seen anything like this before, which works in it's favor.
I was first drawn in by the incredible splash art, but I stayed for the indelible charm of the hosts. They are funny and creative and this is such a unique show. I would love to see it grow!
Been searching for something lighthearted and fun to listen to whilst I work and I’ve discovered this fantastic little podcast. A one-of-a-kind listen which gets the creative juices going (if you’re into character building that is!). Hosts have strong knowledge of the comic world and are clearly passionate about their subject matter, it’s enjoyable to listen to the presenters create such unique characters with such difficult prompts!
Looking forward to future episodes.
A great idea for a podcast.
The 3 hosts are obviously very passionate about the subject matter and project their enjoyment and energy.
The production is very professional. The conversations flow naturally, with each of the hosts giving about equal input and no one talking over each other. And from a technical standpoint, it is very well recorded and edited.
Great work so far. Looking forward to more.
