Brilliant podcast, but the music is very annoying.
Enjoying the new podcast greatly. Patrick is a good host, allowing his (well selected) guests to speak freely about their areas of expertise and the added context he provides works well. It’s nice to listen to something without an agenda other than appreciating & informing about a wide range of rural topics so give this a try.
Really enjoying these thought provoking podcasts on a wide variety of topics. They are well presented and I enjoy the interview format with some narrative edited in, but please cut the looping jingles! Patrick is interesting enough on his own, we don’t need the backing music. Five stars once the jingle stops.
Interview and conversational format good, incessant music not good - foundation is there for a good podcast but cut the music please
Having been an avid Guns on Pegs podcast listener for a few years I was looking forward to this first episode of BtH. However, because of the way it was edited I had to switch off after about 5 minutes. Constant musical interludes at a much higher volume level than the actual speech content were really irritating and the staccato nature of the editing is pretty awful. Come on guys - you can do better!
