「我一定要原諒對方、放過對方，才能自由嗎？」
在關係破裂的當下，如果就太急著要以「以德報怨」、「聖人視角」、「以和為貴」等價值觀，要求自己去原諒對方，有時候反而會造成自己內在委屈的堆積與變質。如果對於對方抱持虛妄的期待，也會讓自己陷入不自由的境地之中（ex期待別人良心會痛、期待別人來道歉等等）。有時候不是困在對方的錯誤中，底層邏輯有時候是無法釋懷自己對自己的自責（ex覺得自己很笨、信錯人等等）
