Wanted to like it but the guy is insufferable. And talking about getting Starbucks in 2025 is immediate unfollow and stop listening. It’s not cute to be ignorant anymore.
These two take the cake! Casey & Vicky make a perfect team. 🫶🏼 They are truly devoted to this story. Every episode is critiqued and I enjoy listening to their back and forth commentary reviewing/comparing tv series & novels. They don't disagree much, or rather, it's done in such a loving way that there's never an argument. It's just mutual appreciation. Like two peas in a pod. 😎👍🏼 I just finished viewing the 8th episode of season 3 and i have NOT read any of the books. So to Vicky, yep i am... more
I came across this podcast so late! Wish I had listened to it from the very beginning of season one. I love how everything is broken down. They covered some stuff I didn’t get from watching and it and made complete sense. Especially how they talk about the music. Love their interpretations of the lyrics with that exact moment in the scene.
He interrupts too much.
I would love this podcast because I love the summer I turned pretty, but I can’t get through any of the episodes. I’ve been trying to for weeks. Vicky, I’m begging you, stop being so rude to Casey. You cut him off and tell him he’s wrong and it ruins the duo dynamic of a two person podcast. Honestly just wish we got Casey’s takes. Also, Vicky, you’re really quick to criticize Casey, and I’ve noticed you get your facts wrong about the book and show on multiple occasions in each episode.
