Hi Margery and Elizabeth, I have listened to every podcast that you guys have put out and have found something that resonates with me in every one. I have been waiting for you to mention the situation that has been happening on the ground in MN with ICE and am sad that it hasn’t been addressed. I don’t live locally anymore and have appreciated your balanced and thoughtful take as high stakes events have happened during your podcast tenure. I’ve been waiting for Margery’s mother of a monk and Eli... more
I look forward every week to your podcast. You bring joy, sparkle and optimism to my week. In our current national climate of anger and tribalism, you offer a much needed and appreciated antidote. With you two, the glass is always much more than half filled and we need that.
Thank you. You two are truly genuine and honest. I often think about Margery’s insight on grief and how intentional their love was near Ian’s passing. I struggle with anticipatory grief as my husband battles cancer and I hold true to being intentional and love each moment we have together.
(…and when life is hard, I lean into Jesus and then spend time with my chickens).
I can hear Marjorie really well but Elizabeth is g across too soft get close to the Mike Elizabeth
I’ve never written a review before, but I just had to thank you for sharing your grief journey. I lost the love of my life 5.5 years ago. He was only 64. Your words, that brought all of the tears, is very healing.
