Reviews

4.5 out of 5 stars from 221 ratings
  • Quality

Top drawer podcast, provides strong insight from industry players and pundits. One small observation, while we don’t expect Shakespearean delivery from tipsters, thou shall not commit grievous harm to the English language. It’s versus not “verse”. And you really need to do something about the audio levels on sponsored intros like “early crow” which peak at ear-piercing Everest levels.

Summer Dickson On Giddy Up (11/06/26)
Q: What's been the key to your success with the way that you've been able to prepare your horses to get them to fire, especially fresh?
Summer explains that consistency in training, maintaining a steady buildup, and avoiding overloading horses helps them hit peak form quickly after breaks.
Stable Mail w/Grahame Begg (11/06/26)
Q: If I gave you a hundred dollars this weekend, what would you do with it for betting?
Probably place something on Splash Back, given her readiness and the trainer confidence around her.
Stable Mail w/Grahame Begg (11/06/26)
Q: Can Splash Back handle the heavy track and the longer distance in the Q22?
Yes, the mare has shown capability on soft to heavy tracks, and the 2200m distance should suit her with the bigger track allowing a clearer run.
Stable Mail w/Grahame Begg (11/06/26)
Q: What do you mean by outside influences and how will you handle them in a race like the Q22?
We will concentrate on our own horses and ride our own races, not worrying about outside influences or others' tactics.
Breeding, Bloodstock & Banter w/Guy Mulcaster (02/06/26)
Q: What did you make of the Maid sale, and how would you analyze the market at the moment?
The market remains strong in key segments like top covers and premium foals, while some entries struggle; buyers are gravitating toward value in better quality lines and proven performers.
