I want to download all of these episodes and have them on multiple mediums just so I could listen to them even if the worlds infrastructure collapsed and we all got comfortable with surviving like its the walking dead and wanted to work on training again. Emmet is truly a wizard. Like Gandalf the Bendable, if Gandalf was just droppin into full splits while fighting orcs. 10/10 would recommend.

Emmet has such a wide ranging knowledge on subject matter pertaining to performance, strength and flexibility. I have heard few other, if any, coaches put together coherent principles and lines of thinking from disparate topics. more
