人は言葉の意味だけでなく、声の響きや質感から、相手を感じ取っています。

この数日、各地でワークショップをしてきました。
そこであらためて強く感じたのが、
**「自由な自己表現は、安心から始まる」**ということです。
正解や評価を気にしすぎると、
声も、体も、表現も、どこか固くなってしまう。
どんなに大事なことを教えても、
安心できる空間がなければ、
それはなかなか届きません。
最近は、
「教えること」よりも、
空間をつくることの方が大切なのではないかと感じています。
今回は、実際にワークショップで起きた出来事や、
私自身の体験を交えながら、
