  • Superior podcasting

I’ve listened to tons of podcasts, including many about H.P. and this is perhaps the best of the lot. Informative, entertaining, relaxing and without tension or conflict, just brilliantly done. It’s hard to believe it’s taken 20 years for someone to hit on the idea and Flick is the ideal hostess. Bravo Flick! 👏👏👏👏 👏

Behind The Wand and Friends - Eric Scull
Q: Do you think there was a freedom that came with actually just being in high school and just doing something new?
Yes, I think there was a level of less pressure back then compared to today’s saturated market.
Behind The Wand and Friends - Eric Scull
Q: Can you talk through some of like the highlights?
We've been lucky enough to interview people like Jim Dale and David Heyman, which are some of our favorite moments.
Behind The Wand and Friends - Chanel Williams
Q: How do you come up with your ideas for Harry Potter content?
Many of the jokes were things I had been thinking about since the beginning. For example, my first viral Potter parody featured McGonagall confronting Umbridge.
Behind The Wand and Friends - Chanel Williams
Q: How did you first work out you could do the most incredible McGonagall impression?
I didn't know I could do impressions until just before I went viral for doing it. I joined TikTok just as the Harry Potter accent challenge was going viral.
Behind The Wand and Friends - Brett Ball
Q: How do you get from being a fan, watching the films, watching the books, and to sort of creating the content that you create?
Brett describes his meandering path from early YouTube content creation to marketing, ultimately leading him to start a Harry Potter-focused content creation on TikTok, which grew quickly thanks to viral videos.
