Sorry to give this rating a 3, because I love so many aspects of this show (especially when David has a guest co-host). But, OMG, more advertising than any podcast I’ve ever listened to. And, the short weekend updates are 90% ads (not the content hinted at).

This pod should be in the comedy section. Every single time David says the rat that scurries Chi Chi Chi and Junior G and the animal across the river I spit out my coffee. Oh and Marge The Sarge. This is pure Bravo comedy gold and has quickly become my new fav pod of 2025.

I really wanted to like this show, but David is a terrible interviewer. He doesn’t listen to his guests’ responses and instead jumps to the next question or inserts a comment about himself. There are no meaningful follow-up questions, and he rarely seems genuinely interested in what his guests have to say.
On top of that, he tends to repeat the same point in several different ways, which makes the conversations drag unnecessarily. The interviews feel choppy, forced, and unnatural, more like Dav... more
