Hey guys! Great show, big fan here.
I'm planning to start my Private Pilot training in the next few months. Right now I'm visiting different flight schools, training in X-Plane, working toward my VATSIM P1 rating, and studying ground school so I can be as prepared as possible before my first lesson.
Recently I got some advice that really stuck with me: don't choose a flight school, choose the right instructor. That sounds like great advice, but I'm not sure how to actually do that.

Excellent podcast for a student pilot, a working pilot, really, any pilot. I love that it’s to the point but very digestible, enjoyable to listen to, and easy to follow. It feels nonjudgmental, with hosts who are passionate not just about aviation but about helping others to be the best aviators they can be. As a student pilot returning to my training, this is exactly what I need to stay on top of my studying!
