Rebecca’s Behind the Chair podcast is an absolute gem. It’s so relatable, so inspiring, and dives into topics that are often left unspoken. Rebecca has a way of making you feel seen, understood, and encouraged — especially as a woman navigating life’s many challenges. Every episode is a reminder that we’re not alone, and that our struggles don’t define us, but can actually connect us. It’s raw, real, and exactly what so many of us need to hear.
This was a first for me listening to a podcast and wow what a incredible hour. The strength and courage of Sarah along with her mum and sister is truly remarkable. The way it has shaped you all but also what you have done Sarah by way of Equinox and Bring your Breastie really is phenomenal. Thank you for sharing and thank for being inspiring. Much love to you all and I hope to see you soon 🩷🩷🩷
What a great start to a new and interesting concept! Rebecca opens up in front of her friend about past trauma. They show how a brave, passionate professional can overcome anything. Looking forward to the next episode! Well done Rebecca.
