While I agree with some of the basic ideas in the specific podcast, I found it abusive to use “no long term friendships”, “having short term jobs”, etc. to be used to judge whether a person is a potentially toxic friend. 1) Some individuals who have experienced abuse have been isolated for years and intentionally divided from both family and close friendships.
