  • 💎💎💎

Def recommend listening to what our friendships say about us and what’s your doughnut. I love these episode topics and how sometimes it’s super clear from the title what you’ll be learning about, and other times I have no idea what to expect and have to click! There’s also a good range of quicker bingeable episodes and longer more in depth interviews depending on your mood and schedule! Highly recommend!

A friend at work told me about this podcast and I’ve been listening every week for three years. I’m surprised more people don’t talk about this show. She says all the things that I secretly think about or struggle with and she’s so honest about her whole life. I can’t wait to go to one of her retreats someday!
