The show takes a spooky turn as we go on a ghost hunt through the natural world. Sebastian shares his adventures finding fossils – the traces of animals that once lived, and Rutendo talks about her experiences in The Cradle of Humankind, the South Af... more
The difference between order and chaos can depend on your perspective. The systems and processes that drive the natural world might seem random in close-up, whether it’s an ant wandering around near its nest, or a wildebeest charging through the wate... more
Sebastian is not afraid to admit that he lacks natural rhythm. But Rutendo thinks he’s too hard on himself – perhaps the world is just out of sync with him. Besides, every living thing is built upon natural rhythms, from our response to night and day... more
Just like the other event reviews I’m horrified with these new American presenters. Instead of a relaxing podcast you can tune into to, it’s an over exaggerated, obnoxiously loud podcast. The two new presenters sound like they’re on an American chat host show and this podcast has lost its essence 😔. They throw in a pop culture reference at least every few minutes and their humour is so off-character whereas Emily had natural charm and was able to engage the listener. PLEASE bring back Emily!!
Firstly the presenters seem a lot too keen on hearing their own voices rather than contributors words and I was very disappointed to be assaulted by commercials. I hate ads and I pay every time to avoid them. As a BBC pod I assumed it would be ad free, what's the point of me paying my annual licence fee if you put ads in it. Unsubscribed.
please please bring back Emily Knight as the host gosh she was so perfect
Thank you very much for your inspiring stories. The stories about the resilience of plants and animals saved me from depression.
Potentially fascinating topics but a really irritating American talk show delivery. I tried, I really did, but lasted two minutes on this episode😔
