  • In the absence of Extratime

Ok considering the now empty landscape that is MLS wide coverage, this pod does ok. Seems like the guys are keeping up with the news and can talk some MLS. Looking forward to seeing how they do the rest of the season. It’s an opportunity to become the best of league wide podcasts considering the absence of Extratime.

  • Best MLS League wide Pod!

Most MLS podcasts I've heard are either low quality with poor hosts, or sound too cheesy and team-sponsored. This is the best pod I've heard that covers all MLS-related topics. The main host and rotating guests are all knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. Would like to see more investment and attention to other teams like MNUFC, St. Louis, Nashville, etc. Overall a fun we... more

POCHETTINO TO MILAN?! Can USMNT Win With A Coach Already Looking At The Exit?
Q: Who would be a plausible successor if Pochettino leaves after the cycle?
Names like BJ Callahan and Jesse Marsch are discussed as options, with some preference for a long-term project builder who can shape the program for the future.
POCHETTINO TO MILAN?! Can USMNT Win With A Coach Already Looking At The Exit?
Q: How well does the US team have to perform for him to stay beyond this cycle?
The general view is that there is zero percent chance he stays if the World Cup goes poorly or if his Milan prospects overshadow his tenure with the US program; performance could influence his openness to staying but confidence remains low.
POCHETTINO TO MILAN?! Can USMNT Win With A Coach Already Looking At The Exit?
Q: Do you think it's a big deal having Pochettino linked to Milan before the World Cup?
Yes, it's seen as a distraction by some because it signals future commitments while the team needs focus for the World Cup, though others argue it shows his professionalism and long-term thinking.
Should The MLS Consider Nancy's Failure At Celtic A Failure For The League?
Q: Was it the fact that they lost to Rangers?
The nature of the defeat was significant as it affected team morale and confidence.
Should The MLS Consider Nancy's Failure At Celtic A Failure For The League?
Q: Do you think that the way Celtic and the big clubs in Europe do it is good for the sport?
Coaches are getting sacked quicker than they probably ever have and that reflects ownership's expectations for performance.
