I'm the kind of student who likes it when an instructor reminds you of all the little intricacies of a pose (ie. press down on the outer edge of your foot, unclench your jaw, press down on the pads of your fingers, etc.) because there really are several components to the full expression of a pose, and I don't always remember the smallest details. Kinndli is really great at doing just that.

I practiced with this podcast on a rainy day when I couldn't make it to my local Yoga to the People studio. The poses were generally ones I was familiar with from practicing at YTTP, with some new ones, but having several months' background, I was able to figure out the poses from Kinndli's instructions. The things I didn't like about this podcast were the lack of music and, like others said, a little too much talking. I practiced under Baron Baptiste in Boston and am happy to find these podcasts from Kinndli. I enjoy her style - similar flow to Baron - and approach in sharing her life philosophy amidst the teaching. She has a soothing tone and great outlook on things. I also enjoy her meditation segments as well. I highly recommend checking this out if you are interested in Baron's style of Power Yoga. Thanks Kinndli for making this accessible!
