I found this while searching for content while Aerosmith is on their farewell tour. I like the hosts going through the deep cuts and live versions. The debates and arguments are pretty good.
The reviewers say they are super fans of Aerosmith but clearly aren’t. I’ve listened to about half the released episodes and nearly every one I’ve listened to they go on and on about how rubbish the song is. So negative! All for being a bit critical but it’s just so over the top. Deep dive into tracks from all Aerosmith eras. I randomly searched to see if anyone talked about my old fave Smith and found these boys.
They roll the dice each week to pick a song and go deep. Each host gives unique perspectives of the tracks and band member performances. Sometimes they are fanboys, sometimes they are critical, and many times they disagree. However, they all appreciate the Aerosmith legacy.
What a testament and tribute to the only band still around, spanning 6 decades of ... more
Aerosmith was the first band I got into and started collecting all their albums. Love the conversations and insights about the songs.
The fun concept of the dice is a very nice spin to the podcast. Aerosmith is the best band on the planet. Always will be. John and Cory are Aerosmith fans just like me. They’re somewhat funny, but could use some better mics. They usually drag out the intros and outros. But the top 3 Aerosmith songs are:
#1 Rats in the Celler
#2 Love in an Elevator
#3 Just Push Play
The true genius of Aerosmith can never be pure into words.
