Azathoth Blues is a fiction podcast personally made for my taste. I thought Gospels of the Flood would never have a rival to its perfection, but Azathoth Blues comes mighty close.

Honestly, this podcast is SO good! 😭🔥 I really hope there’s gonna be more of it. The characters build up so well, and the story just keeps getting better. I love the way everything is structured, the little details they add, and how everything slowly comes together. You can tell there’s a lot of thought behind it. This podcast is something special. The first four episodes establish the noir procedural tone and all the moving pieces for the Eldritch horror story that follows. You can tell the author planned the whole season in advance. The sound design will knock your socks off. It’s rich, layered, and apprarently recorded live! I came to the podcast because of Chris Christodoulou and his work on risk of rain and risk of rain 2. What I didn’t expect, however, there is a captivating mystery cop show with some excellent existential horror. The characters are all well voice acted, likable, and interesting.
