Been listening to a few of your episodes since my awakening a couple of weeks ago. They have been so informative and brought clarity and reassurance to everything I have been feeling, living, experiencing. I am experiencing the symptoms of it right now. Frequent bathroom breaks, fatigue (having two tiny kids contributes to that), body aches, random tingling and twitching. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
