I wanted to leave a review as i have listened to many podcasts on stripping fat, diet, and building lean muscle and this is by far the best podcast I’ve come across to date.

The content is easy to listen to, you can really relate to what Jim is saying and the language used is perfect for beginners, very little jargon but enough science to help you understand.

Love the podcast find them very motivating and have changed up my gym sessions a bit. Was very disappointed that the heart rate calculations in episode 10 are incorrect giving my a fat burning heart rate of 274 - are you trying to kill me.
Correct calc is 70 divided by 100 then times original number
After listening to your book on Audiable last year I have lost 4 stone and started doing triathlons! The pods are great to dip into with great tips and fantastic knowledge, really enjoying them.
