Jim and Lucas are always extremely prepared and make an effort to ask in depth questions to guests. You can tell they care about the young people they train and want them to grow not only as athletes but people. I highly recommend this podcast.
As a future army officer, I always look to take things to the next level when it comes to my physical training. Jim has coached me for the past 3 years and has been the difference-maker in my success.
