Couch to 5K series are great ! Kept my wife motivated and entertained as I joined her on her first runs for years . Got worried as I needed week six run 2 .
However she is still motivated so congratulations to a great series for the starting runner .
The Gary House Episode is my favourite although I wish it was on YouTube because of his face.
Really enjoyed this podcast
