My favorite podcast. I learn so much from it. The Work makes me humble. Thank you Katie.
I will forever be grateful for the work of Byron Katie. I read her book over a decade ago; although, I didn’t understand it then. This podcast where she goes through The Work with real people is so helpful because now I understand how The Work works. I do my own worksheets at home, and I listen to the podcast. I feel so much peace and freedom since I started doing it. Thank you for bringing this practice into the world, BK. I will cherish it always.
Byron Katie is a precious gem. Her work has helped me through so much trauma, and it’s given freely. I wish her work was presented universally in schools, so much suffering could be alleviated. Thank you Katie for all you do!
I don’t know if there is any work more important. To think I can change my entire experience of my life by investigating my thoughts is so empowering. Thank you!
