I enjoy listening to this podcast because of the depth of information and advice Laura and Kelsey give. As a dietetic student it’s also encouraging to see RD’s talking about paleo/ancestral eating!
This is an excellent podcast with information that is easy to understand and practical to adapt into your lifestyle. It limits the science with emphasis on how to use the information. I listen to many health focused podcasts and this is one of my favorite. Joyce B.
Laura and Kelsey make a great, complementary team. I love the topics they've tackled and that they go very in-depth. They clearly prepare well before they go "on air," which I really appreciate. They're calm and measured and not reactionary which is also a plus.
Keep plugging away, RDs!
I just listened to this podcast, and it was great. I have been going through many health problems over the past year related to stress and food, and just recently discovered the idea that I am experiencing adrenal fatigue. The insight from this podcast was phenomenal, and was a joy to listen to. I definitely recommend this podcast!
