Every episode feels like pulling up a chair with two friends you admire, respect, and somehow feel deeply connected to, even without ever having met them. Antoinette and Shanti bring such magnetic, complementary energies that it’s impossible not to fall in love with the dynamic they’ve created.

I love Antoinette as an individual and how she breaks down politics. It’s informational, digestible and I can trust the information is accurate. I love Shanti as an individual and how she always brings humor and a different philosophical or reflective view to topics. I LOVE their chemistry during crash out episodes. I love this podcast but since trump was reelected, 85% of it is politics. During political conversation, Antionette often interrupts Shanti and when shanti attempts to clarify what she’s saying, Antoinette will say “please let me finish” we’re all human and I find myself interrupting people myself but it would be nice to hear both people’s views on every topic even if one is not as involved or dedicated to the topic on the table

I know she represents a large group of critics and i get it but it
Feels so unproductive and partially how we got here
