The Night Hour is addressed to God the Father, and symbolizes when Adam and Eve stopped praising and worshipping God, falling from their original, graceful, nature.
"I Confess With Faith" is a prayer written by St. Nersess Shnorhali. It is prayed during the Rest Hour, but because it is a beautiful, and long, prayer, it has been given its own episode.
The Rest Hour is the final prayer hour of the Armenian Liturgy of the Hours. It is addressed to the Father, beseeching Him to protect us under His Only Begotten Son’s holy hand.
