I truly enjoyed this podcast! The different voices were wonderful. I laughed and cried nearly every chapter. Occasionally the narrator read a bit quickly, but the speed was just right a vast majority of the time. I am going to check out her Patreon to see what other books they have completed! (Also, I have never read Anne of Green Gables until now at age 41… and I think it’s my favorite book ever!)
I love it 🥰.
It’s so lovely 😊.
It makes me feel good 😊.
Can’t express my love for the podcast

For your ears
This was a favourite of mine as a child and this adaptation was a real treat. I binge listened to it on a long car journey. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you so much well done
I love it 🥰.
It’s so lovely 😊.
It makes me feel good 😊.
My boyfriend and I are enjoying listening to this together! It’s fun to show him a book I loved so much when I was younger. This is great to listen to in the car or when we’re just hanging out together!
I can’t wait to listen to the next one! I hope you keep making them because I don’t think I could listen to another Anne audio book without the same voices! It would be like watching the next season of a show except they changed the actors!😆
The voices are great and the music and sound effects... more
Sooo good!! Thank you!!
I really wanted to like this but it’s very hard to get into when the narrator speaks so quickly. My kids couldn’t even understand what she was saying between the speed and the background noises being so loud. I think the narrator would have done a very good job if she was speaking slower.
This is such a wonderful production, with such love in every word and I am grateful it exists! The commitment, talent, and joy that infuse this beautiful rendition of Anne of Green Gables is nothing short of wonderful. It gave me a new appreciation for a story I thought I knew - and I found I loved it all the more. Mary Kate Wiles has put together something truly remarkable both in her unforgettable creation of Anne ( I will never be able to read this book without hearing her voice again) but al... more
Mary Kate Wiles does a wonderful job of reading this book and the accompanying music adds depth and drama. My 6 year old has this on repeat, in the car, at home, before bedtime. I have to limit this to one chapter or she won’t fall asleep!
Let me start… I love the book series and I love the funny voices! But my favorite voice was Anne’s voice! But my one complaint is that you talk a bit to fast but I love it so much so still 5 star! Also I love the cover of both podcast. Have not started the second podcast but I can’t wait! listening to this every night is the best. On more thing… you are very pretty in the covers! Hope you stay well and safe! 😉
Absolutely wonderful! I hope you do the whole series!
The reading of the book was well done and very interesting. The voice of Anne was full of wonder. The book as a whole was splendid and I can't wait to listen to Anne of Avonlea.
Absolutely loved this. The voice actors matched so perfectly to the character! It was simply wonderful! Thank you to everyone who helped make this! From a listener, hope you have a good day!☺️💙✨
This is one of my favourite books and this audiobook was a real treat to find. The narration and music were both lovely and I especially like the little touch of adding birdsong in the background, it really pulls you in to the story. Thank you! ❤️
