  • Too grown up for younger kids

    The person reading the stories sounds young, and mostly the stories are benign “ghost stories”. But, there are odd choices that are simply too grown-up for younger kids (age 6). Having a child read, but having a grown woman shriek at the top of her lungs as a sound effect (honestly a jump scare in a kids story!) is not appropriate. Describing characters as “covered in blood” is not appropriate for children. So sorry we were duped into continuing this. The first few stories were about simple thin... more

    Angie is a natural born story teller. These stories are so spooky and well executed, and my son loves to listen to them (even if he gets spooked)! Can’t wait for the next episode.
